Welcome to Zephyr Clean. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Zephyr Clean's Website and our mobile car wash services, located at 999 Alabama Avenue, New York, NY 11207.
1. Service Agreement
By booking a service with Zephyr Clean, you are entering into a binding agreement. Our mobile units require a safe area to work on the vehicle. If the location provided is deemed unsafe or inaccessible by our technicians, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment. For residential services, please ensure our team has access to the vehicle and sufficient clearance (at least 3 feet) around the car.
2. Booking and Cancellations
- Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance via our online portal.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled service time may incur a convenience fee of 20% of the service total.
- Zephyr Clean reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to inclement weather (heavy rain, snow, or extreme temperatures) to ensure the quality of the detail and safety of our staff.
3. Eco-Friendly Policy
Zephyr Clean is committed to environmental responsibility. We use specialized water-less or low-moisture cleaning techniques and biodegradable chemicals. By using our services, you acknowledge that our methods differ from traditional high-pressure tunnel washes and are designed for high-quality exterior and interior preservation.
4. Liability and Damages
While we take every precaution with your vehicle, Zephyr Clean is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to: loose trim, cracked windows, or oxidized paint. Clients are required to disclose any sensitive areas of the vehicle before service begins. In the rare event of damage caused directly by our equipment or negligence, claims must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of service completion.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept all major credit cards and digital payments. Office and corporate accounts may be billed monthly subject to prior credit approval. All prices are subject to New York sales tax where applicable.
